One operator,
built the whole thing.
I'm Adhil Shan, a full-stack developer working with clients worldwide. Four years in production, 80+ shipped projects across web, mobile, AI and blockchain.
I cut my teeth at Ekah Logitech, Bengaluru — GPS parsers for thousands of vehicles, a geo-decoder serving 1.17M addresses at 30ms.
Then three years as a solo freelancer: ERPs, e-commerce, consumer apps. Clients across India, UAE and the UK. Now I take on a small number of meaningful projects each year.
I design first, then write the code I designed. That's how the same person ships a 92.7%-accurate ML pipeline and a brand site you actually want to stay on.

Four steps, no surprises
Listen.
A 30-min call. Who's it for, what does success look like, what already exists. No deck, no fluff.
Day 1Sketch.
Lo-fi wireframes and a clickable Figma prototype in week one. Break it before we write production code.
Week 1Build.
Tight sprints, Friday demos. Commits not screenshots. CI, staging URL, chat channel from day one.
Weeks 2 — NShip.
Production deploy, monitoring, docs, 30-day support window. A system you can take to any engineer.

He treats the design like the product. Conversion lift was real. We stopped second-guessing the funnel.
Smart contract, wallet flow, the front-end. One developer. Shipped on time. Would hire again.
